This pack is primarily written for students from maybe 11-12 years old right through to adults of any age. The techniques it covers are useful for passing High School exams such as GCSEs and A-levels but will also be useful to students taking a variety of Higher or Further Education exams.

Section 4 is about what to do in the exam to maximise your marks and to make the best use of your time. If you follow all the suggestions in this section, you'll be able to get through your exams feeling much more calm, centred and in control than you have ever done before, while scoring better marks.
Section 5 is about what to do after the exam to avoid the stages of manic babbling to your friends, followed by an energetic crash. If you follow all these suggestions, you'll more easily be able to let go of the exam and to relax afterwards.
